Swim England Code of Conduct

As a Swim England affliliated club, we are bound by their Code of Conduct documents which can be found below. Please note, there are separate documents for different roles within the club and that this is not just aimed at swimmers.

Athletes under 18 (swimmers)

This code is something that you as an athlete should refer to in relation to your rights as an
athlete, the respect you should expect but also that which you demonstrate to other
members, what is expected of you in terms of listening and being listened to and your
behavior as a member of the club.

Parents / Guardians

As a registered Swim England Member, and parent/guardian of a Member (under 18 years
of age) at the Club, or a parent/guardian of a Club Member (under 18 years of age) but not a
registered Swim England Member yourself, you are required to agree to this code of
conduct.

Committee members, officials and volunteers

This code is something that you as a committee member, official or volunteer should refer to in relation to your rights in your role, the respect you should expect but also that which you demonstrate to all members, what is expected of you in terms of listening and being listened to and your behaviour as a member of the club.
